Shipping Policy

All orders take 5 to 7 business days to process before being shipped out. (During the holiday season it may be extended)
We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of , weather-related delays.
TAXES AND DUTIES :
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Refused Packages :
All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
Undelivered Packages :
All Undelivered packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
Delivered Packages:
All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
Overnight Packages:
Orders placed on Friday for Overnight are not guaranteed for Saturday Delivery (Customer must contact us to pay for additional Saturday Delivery). Overnight orders placed on Saturday will be shipped out the following business day. It is the customers responsibility to be available for the package, should USPS, UPS, or FedEx feel the package is unsafe to leave at the delivery location your package may be delayed.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Shipping fees are calculated based upon the subtotal of the merchandise ordered. If your order is less than $75, the fee is $9.99 for standard ground shipping. If your order is $75 or more, you are entitled to free standard shipping. This threshold may change based on special promotions (Within the US)

Credit Card holders receive free shipping on select orders $50 and over and Elite on all orders—: exclusions apply. See terms/conditions for details. Gift card orders that do not include merchandise ship free
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You should receive your order 2-4 weeks after it leaves our distribution center in New York. Vintage LXRandCo ship GROUND SERVICE ONLY, allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, signature required.
Please note that if additional items are purchased in an order along with, those items can only be shipped via standard ground shipping.

Orders may be expedited in two ways.
Next Business Day Shipping: If you submit an order by 12pm EST Monday–Friday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day and delivered via Next Business Day Shipping. We are unable to ship on weekends or holidays.
3-Day Shipping: If you submit an order by 12pm EST Monday–Friday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day and delivered via 3-Day Shipping. We are unable to ship on weekends or holidays.

WHAT IS THE COST OF EXPEDITING AN ORDER?
There is an additional cost of $25 for next business day shipping for orders $75 or more. If the subtotal of the order is less than $75, the fee is $34.99 for next business day shipping. Gift cards may also be expedited for a $25 fee.
There is an additional cost of $14 for 3 day shipping for orders $75 or more. If the subtotal of the order is less than $75, the fee is $23.99 for 3 day shipping. If the order subtotal is $75 or more, the cost is $14. Gift cards may be 3-day shipped for a $14 fee.
SHIPPING METHODS

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

We have relationships with a number of carriers, so how your package ships depends upon the address and destination. Generally we utilize FedEx, but also partner with UPS and the United States Postal Service. The carrier details and tracking number will be included in your Ship Confirmation email and also be posted in the ‘My Account’ section when you are logged into the Fashionbrands02.com website. Please note that all orders $500 and over require signature confirmation upon delivery.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES WITHIN ONE ORDER?

Each order can only be shipped to one address at this time. If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, please submit a separate order for each address.
